Ordering
We will do our best to assist anyone who orders, but our time is limited and certain weeks may have more orders than others, depending on local homecoming dates. To ensure adequate time for attention to detail in your design, please place your order as early as possible.
All orders placed within 14 days of the homecoming date will incur a rush order fee. Rush fees vary based on the package selected for your mum or garter. If your order falls within this timeframe, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we have enough time to complete it.
Refund Policy
All of our products are custom-made and specific to the individual they are intended for and cannot be sold to some else. Therefore, we do not allow cancellations or refunds after 24 hours of purchase. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us at ad***@ch****************.online. Please note that minor changes to your order, such as adding dates, names, or activities, may be available up to 7 days before delivery/pick up, which will be the weekend prior to your Homecoming date. Please contact us for more details.
We understand that drama happens and relationships change. If you have ordered a custom cutout or a specially dressed bear that needs to be changed, please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes and insure supplies are available in time.
Payment Options
As of right now we can only accept Payment through Cash or PayPal. We will update this if anything changes.

(For Graduation Leis, Hairbow mums, Mini Mums, Sport Hair Ties, Team Megaphones, Wrist Mums and Zipper pulls all purchases will be paid in full at time of purchase. For Peewee mums, Team orders, or any Homecoming Mums or Garters please see payment plans available below). Any questions please contact us.
1. Pay in full at time of purchase via PayPal, or Cash. No matter when Purchased.
2. May Orders Only – Pay in three equal installments – 33% non-refundable deposit at time of purchase with second payment due July 1st and Final payment due August 1st.
3. June & July Orders Only – Pay in two equal installments – 50% non-refundable deposit at time of purchase with final payment due August 1st.
4. All orders after July 31, 2024 require full payment at time of purchase.

Order Pick-Up
For all Homecoming Mums and Garters, pick up will be the weekend prior to your school’s scheduled Homecoming week in Bedford, TX. You will receive pick up instructions one week before pick up.
If your school has a carnival or special event and requires the item prior to the Homecoming week, please contact us before placing your order to ensure availability. If approved, please state in the comment section of your order.
To make other arrangements, please order your mum or garter earlier for more flexible pick up options.
Any damage to items after pick up is not subject to repair or replacement, but may be included at the discretion of The Cheerful Crafthouse. We will reach out during the production process for you to approve name spellings and accuracy. It is the customers responsibility to inspect your mum and/or garter before leaving with item to confirm name spellings and accuracy, and signing the release form at time of delievery.
Our goal is for everyone to be satisfied with their Homecoming items, so please contact us with any questions or concerns.
Shipping Information
Homecoming Mums and Garters
In order to best serve our local clients and ensure no damage to the larger items, we do not ship any mums or garters except for mini mums ordered before July 31, 2024. (Please contact us before ordering if need shipping to ensure we have proper time for production and shipping for desired date needed).
For those in the outside surrounding areas of DFW limits (30-60 mins), we will make arrangements to deliver your mum or garter in the early part of August, but orders must be placed by June 30th.
If you are further away from the DFW area, we will help locate a professional mum maker in your area. Please reach out to us, and we will help you get connected, as we have mum friends all over the state of Texas and even some in Oklahoma.
For smaller items such as Graduation leis, Hairbow mums, Mini mums, Sport Hair Ties, or Wrist mums, we will ship these nationwide. Please contact us for shipping information and prices as they will vary based on weight and distance. Currently, we only ship within the US.
Use of Pictures
All the pictures on website are the work of The Cheerful Crafthouse. We do use pictures of finished mums on our website and social media platforms to help our clients be inspired to create their own unique mum or garter. If you would not like your finished mum or garter displayed on our website, social media or any other marketing materials please indicate this in the comments section when ordering.
We strongly believe in protecting the privacy of our clients knowing that the majority are minors. We will not post any pictures of the person wearing the item (even blocked out faces) unless given written permission from the legal guardian.
